Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned with its original packaging and included accessories, if applicable.
• Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Items returned after the 14-day return period may not be accepted.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions.

Inspection of Returned Items

After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days to verify that it meets our return requirements. We will notify you of the outcome once the inspection has been completed.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after the inspection is completed. Refunds will be issued using a method agreed upon with the customer, as Golden Aura World operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Include clear photographs of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Approved replacement or refund requests for damaged or incorrect items will be processed promptly after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery.
• Items returned without original packaging when packaging is necessary.
• Products returned beyond the stated return period.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return process outlined in this policy.
